Why are these packages so inexpensive?
These properties are VERY excited about their product, and are offering tremendous incentives to guests who can visit. Properties also need your input in order to display guest testimonials in their marketing. They look forward to your visit, to your report and to your becoming a repeat customer soon. The Amerisuites Vacation Club is somewhat of a new concept for the area, and Amerisuites is anxious to explain Vacation Ownership to Orlando Visitors.

Is there a catch?
There is a requirement to attend a tour of the Calypso Cay Resort. You are asked to spend 90 minutes of your vacation in exchange for your discount package. Here's how: Sometime during your stay (at a pre-arranged convenient time) you and your spouse will need to attend a personalized tour of Calypso Cay Resort. There is no commitment to buy, and there are no catches. Note, however, that you must meet the requirements as outlined in the Tour Request Form.

Is this a high pressure time share Presentation?
Absolutely not! The majority of guests who tour the Vacation Club are repeat guests of Amerisuites® Hotels, and Amerisuites Vacation Club is adamant that their guests be treated only with the utmost dignity and respect. Vacation Ownership is well-reported upon by almost all industry sources as being a viable alternative for frequent vacationers. Most guests love the Vacation Ownership concept, and high -pressure sales tactics are not necessary.

What if I change my mind?
If you change your mind anytime prior to seven days before your arrival, you may cancel your vacation package and receive a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. If an unexpected emergency arises, and you must cancel within 7 days of your arrival, you may reschedule your trip (subject to availability). (Subject to a $20 re-booking fee.)

Between ages of 23-70
Husband qualifies for tour
Both husband and wife must have a picture I.D.
Combined annual income of $40,000 USD
Gainfully Employed or retired
Must have major credit card or checkbook

Unmarried Cohabiting Couples

Between ages of 25-65
Both parties must have picture I.D.
Combined annual income of $45,000 USD
Gainfully employed or retired
Must show proof of cohabitation
Must have major credit card or checkbook

Between ages of 30-60
Must have picture I.D.
Annual income of $40,000 USD
Full time employed or retired
Must have a major credit card.
Residency for single women is U.S. ONLY.

Non U.S. Residents must have a passports and an international credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or Diners Club)

Must not reside in the following Florida Counties: Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Brevard.

The total number of people in the party must not exceed six

Pets are not allowed on property.
